What are the office hours of HiTech Travel and Tours?
Reservations Center: Mon - Fri 10:00 am - 6:00 pm PST. Sat 10.00 am - 4.00pm PST

How are my HiTech tickets delivered?
Most of our tickets are E-tickets, which can be sent via Fax/Email/Mail, but in some cases tickets are issued paper format, then we use Federal Express 2nd Day or Priority mail. Saturday Delivery is available at an extra charge.

Which forms of payment are accepted by HiTech Travel?
We accept payment by credit card (card must be of a passenger on the reservation) OR Personal check. In some cases/special fares if credit card is not accepted the payment can be made through personal/Company check or Certified/Cashier check for last-minute departures and for new customers to.

Are HiTech Travel & Tours tickets refundable?
In most instances tickets are nonrefundable. However strict cancellation penalties do apply, for changes to tickets before or after departures, subject to airlines availability in the fare tickets were originally issued, please consult the Terms and Conditions of the applicable fare for more details.

Are HiTech Travel & Tours fares guaranteed?
Fares are always subject to changes without prior notice. Thus, our fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.

How do I price online?
With the exception of routings involving add-ons, stopovers and/or extra segments, your itinerary will be priced once emailed to us. For routings involving add-ons, stopovers and/or extra segments you will be requested to fill out the reservation form for detailed flight info and fare.

What is check in required before departure?
We recommend 2hours prior to departure for domestic flights, and 3hours prior to international flights.

What do I have to bring to collect my E-Ticket?
For domestic travel within 50 United States, Positive State ID/Driver License is enough. For International travel Valid Passport is required, please maker sure about your travel Documents Visa's, And Inoculations for International travel.

Do I get frequent flyers for all my travel?
With the discounted tickets some restrictions may apply, but with the regular air fares you get your Frequent flyers miles.

How much penalty to change my tickets?
Depending upon the Airlines, and when you change the tickets, Domestic flights can be changed after departure for $100.00/fees, while international $200-$250/fees if any, and subject to airlines availability.
